Nature’s Legacy joined the Philippine delegation with nine other companies that are producing quality Furniture and Home Decors during the Korea International Furniture & Interior Fair (KOFURN) held on August 28- September 1, 2019 at Kintex Exhibition Center, South Korea to show the latest in furniture, interior and woodworking industry. The company is well represented by President-Mr. Pedro H. Delantar and VP-Operations Manager –Mr. John Dayle Delantar.

Seven company staff including the VP-Finance-Cathy V. Delantar and daughter Katrina V.
Delantar the Managing Director of Floreia attended the one-day tour and seminar in Lamac Multi- purpose Coop Farm located at Lamac, Pinamungajan. Joining them are eight elementary teachers with principal of Napo Elementary School, which the company is actively supporting its different projects and programs for the school development.
The seminar highlights the cooperative’s natural way and practices in the organization they were able to witness and observed these practices in different production areas. From the plantation of crops like cacao and coconut and the production of dairy products, sugar, and even for their livestock and poultry, coconut coir products, and fertilized soil. It was indeed a day of adventure and new learning for an organic way of living.

Part of the company’s Corporate Social Reponsibilty (CSR) is supporting a school in Napo,Carcar City namely, Napo Elementary School. On July 13, 2019 Nature’s Legacy conducted a turnover ceremony for sports equipment. With this equipment, it will enable the students to get involved in sports activities while playing with each other in school. This will build a sense of team spirit, leadership, confidence and friendliness among students. Examples of sports equipment are for chess game, badminton, and volleyball. Attendees of the program are grade school pupils and teachers headed by the principal of the school.
